Pneumatic butterfly valve can’t open

1，   Whether the reversing solenoid valve plug, stuck, causing air can’t enter or out of the cylinder.

1，Use air pipe directly to the pneumatic actuator two holes, if normally work, then the solenoid valve has a problem, need to change a solenoid valve.

2，Air supply pressure less than 5KG.

2，To increase the gas source to 5KG or increased to 6KG.  

3，Pneumatic actuator leakage air, cannot normally working.

3，Replace a new actuator.

Pneumatic butterfly valve can’t closed tightly / Leakage

1，Whether the solenoid valve plug, stuck, causing the air cannot enter or out of the cylinder.   

1，Use air pipe directly to the pneumatic actuator two holes, if normally work, then the solenoid valve has a problem, need to change a solenoid valve.

2，Air supply pressure less than 5KG.

2，To increase the gas source to 5KG or increased to 6KG.

3，Pneumatic actuator leakage air, cannot normally working.

3，Replace a new actuator.

4，The pneumatic actuator of the position limit stop is loose, causing the pneumatic actuator is in the place, the butterfly valve is not in place.

4，Reset the pneumatic actuator “close” position stop. Make the butterfly valve keep in with the pneumatic actuator.

Pneumatic butterfly valve closed too tightly / Leakage

4，The pneumatic actuator of the position limit stop is loose, causing the pneumatic actuator is in the place, the butterfly valve is closed over or too tightly.

4，Reset the pneumatic actuator “close” position stop. Make the butterfly valve keep in with the pneumatic actuator.
